SC on tropo is very rare while NC and GA are not.

Only three SC tropo stations have been seen (the other is WFVT-55 Rock Hill).
Ironically, two of the three are on the Atlantic coast.
 

Not exactly a qsl but it explains why many xltrs in eastern CO have made it here
